Germany, stands for regional differences. No such things as one German dialect or let alone cuisine. The local Hessian dialect, known as Hessisch babbeln, is quite the benchmark, try your tongue at “Krobbe zu luunse”, means as much as looking into the cooking pot.

So what is cooking?  The Hessian Cuisine, is more than just „Handkees mit Musigg“ or the sum total of apples, potatoes and bread. It is typified by its  hearty, honest, down to earth,  and so tasty character due to the skilled application of spices and herbs. Learn how to prepare Frankfurter Grüne Sauce, and be introduced to other fine recipes by our Chef de Cuisine.
